She has adjusted to not running and jumping on my lap like she's always done and other rough-housing that we've done in the past. She really is careful around my belly, and pats gently, tickles gently, kisses gently, you name it.
As you can see from the pic below, I've grown quite a bit since my last pregnancy post. Books say 19-25 lbs. is what most people have gained by this stage in the pregnancy. I've now gained 14-17 lbs. (not totally sure what I weighed at the beginning) and really feel pretty terrific most of the time. In the past week or two I've started getting to the uncomfortable stage, and daily tasks are beginning to be a little harder (like putting pants on, tying shoes, etc.). However, that being said....I'll gladly take it over being sick all the time like the I was in the 1st trimester.
29 weeks
I have been having strong Braxton-Hicks contractions the past few days, and they've been coming kind of regularly which makes me a little nervous. I may need to rest more because I may just be pushing my body too hard. I plan to talk to my doctor about it at my next appointment which is one week away.
Last, I thought I'd leave you with a pic of Rayleigh playing in her closet. She loves barbies, she loves all things princess, and she loves to play play play.
